Make coffee ice cubes

The best way to avoid watered-down vanilla iced coffee to to freeze cold brew coffee into ice cube trays. Add these to the bottom of your glass.

Add the vanilla syrup to the coffee cubes

I've included a super-easy recipe for homemade vanilla syrup. You can also use store-bought.

Add the cold brew coffee

Making your own cold brew coffee is easy. Otherwise, feel free to pick-up your favorite cold brew at the store.

Cold Brew is Best for Iced Coffee

Cold brew coffee is ideal for iced coffee, as it is less bitter than regular brewed coffee and can be made in large batches and stored in the fridge.

Add your preferred milk & enjoy!

Vanilla iced coffee is great with just about any milk: dairy, oat, almond, cashew or coconut. Pour it over the coffee and syrup and enjoy!
