Healthy Berry Pomegranate Smoothie


– 1/3 c. pomegranate juice – 1/3 c. pomegranate arils (seeds) – 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt – 1 c. frozen, mixed berries – 1 oz. raw almonds (about 1/8 cup)


Step 1

To the jar of a blender, add in the pomegranate juice.

Step 2

Then add pomegranate arils, berries, yogurt and almonds.

Step 3

Blend on medium-high speed for 45-60 seconds, or until the smoothie ingredients are completely combined and smooth.

Step 4

Pour into a glass and enjoy right away while cold.
