Ingredients You'll Need:

- Olive Oil -Yellow Onion - Garlic - Frozen Cauliflower - Carrots - Fresh Broccoli - Chicken Broth - Garlic Salt - Ground Pepper - Nutmeg - Pre-Cooked Chicken - Shredded Cheese

Step 1: Sauté Onions and Garlic in Olive Oil

Step 2: To A Blender, Add Onions, Garlic and Steamed Frzn Cauliflower

Pro-Tip: Any time you blend something hot, make sure you vent the lid to let steam escape. You can also use an emersion blender, and keep it in the pot.

Step 3: Pour Cauliflower Puree back in pot. Add in chicken, veggies and spices. Bring to Simmer.

Step 4:  Add in the Shredded Cheese and bring back to simmer.

Ladle into bowls and Enjoy!
