Skinny Peppermint Mocha Recipe


– 2/3 c. brewed coffee, strong – 2/3 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your preferred milk) – 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 tsp. granular monk fruit sweetener, like Lakanto – 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract


Step 1

Brew coffee. Set aside. In microwave safe cup or mug, microwave milk until hot and steaming, approximately 90 seconds - 2 minutes.

Step 2

Pour the coffee and hot milk into blender. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener and peppermint extract.

Step 3

Making sure to vent your blender lid (Important any time you're blending hot liquid) so steam can escape, blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until ingredients are completely combined and becomes slightly frothy.

Step 4

Pour into mug and enjoy right away while hot.

Step 5

Top with whipped cream, if desired.
