– (15.25 oz.) Devil's Food cake mix – 1 cup water – 3 large eggs – 1/2 cup vegetable oil – 2/3 c. hot fudge For Frosting: – 1 (8 oz) package, cream cheese – 1 c. powdered sugar – 2 Tbsp. milk – 1 1/2 c. whipped topping – 8 oz. 60% baking chocolate, melted Toppings: – 2/3 c. chopped pecans – 2/3 c. mini chocolate chips – 2/3 c. caramel topping

Bake Cake & Poke Holes

Mix the Devil's food cake mix, along with the water, eggs and oil. Bake for 28-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Once done baking, poke holes into the cake with the end of a straw or chop stick, with holes about 1" apart.

Drizzle the hot fudge sauce into the holes of the cake

While the cake is still warm, drizzle the hot fudge sauce into the holes of the cake.

Make the Cream Cheese Chocolate Frosting

Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk. Add in the whipped topping. Melt the chocolate and let cool slightly. Pour in the melted chocolate. Frosting will become thick. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.

Add toppings to the chocolate poke cake

Top the frosted chocolate cake with the chopped pecans, chocolate chips and caramel sauce.
