Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker This useful glass cocktail shaker has measurements on the side for easy pouring!
  • Martini Glasses A must-have for any home bartender! The perfect glassware for any martini recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 1/2 oz. lemoncello liqueur
  • 1 oz. lemon vodka
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda like Starry, Sprite or 7-up

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the strawberry puree, lemoncello, lemon vodka, and lemon lime soda. Replace with lid and ensure it is lightly closed. Shake vigorously. Pour into cocktail glass and enjoy right away.
  • Garnish cocktail glass with lemon slice, if desired.

Notes

If you do not have a cocktail shaker, a simple mason jar with a tight fitting lid works well.
For an extra cold drink, chill glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before making drinks.
Instead of 7-up, Sprite or Starry, you can reduce the calories/sugar content by substituting club soda or a calorie-free sparkling water.
