  • In a bowl, add the chopped hard-boiled eggs. Add the mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper. Stir together to incorporate all ingredients.
  • Add to bread to make an egg salad sandwich, or romaine lettuce leaves for lettuce wraps.

Notes

Be sure to NOT use vanilla yogurt. Plain Greek yogurt is recommended.
