- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat (I like Fage 5%)
- 1/3 cup white distilled vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, vinegar, garlic salt, dried parsley, onion powder and pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
Enjoy right away. Pour on top of salads or dip your veggies.
One serving = 2 Tbsp. of dressing. This recipe will yield approximately 20 servings.
Store in an airtight container (mason jars work well) for up to two weeks. The vinegar will act as a natural preservative.
