Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tomatoes diced, about 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced (about 1/2 onion)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons jalapeno diced (1 medium jalapeno)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice juice of 1 large lime
  • 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • To a mixing bowl, add the diced tomatoes, onion, jalepeno, and cilantro. Top with the lime juice, vinegar and salt. Stir together to combine.
  • Enjoy right away while fresh.

Notes

Storage: store any leftovers in an airtight container. Will keep for 5-7 days refrigerated.
