1 cup mayonnaise 1 (7 oz. can) chipotle peppers in adobo sauce like Goya brand 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice juice of one lime
In a blender or food processor, add the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers with sauce and lime juice. Puree until fully pureed and smooth, about 30 seconds.
Enjoy as a dipping sauce for potatoes, fries, tots or onion rings. Also makes a great topping for tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight jar or container. Sauce will keep for 7-10 days refrigerated.
