To a blender jar add all ingredients; milk, cottage cheese, strawberries, banana and sweetener. Fit blender jar with lid and secure tightly.
Blend for 45-60 seconds or until all ingredients are well pureed and smooth.
Pour into a glass or tumbler and enjoy right away while cold.

Sweetener options: I prefer monk fruit sweetener, as it is calorie free and has a low glycemic index. You can also use honey or maple syrup to sweeten your smoothie as well.
