  • To a blender jar add the ice, coffee, milk, pumpkin, sweetener and spice.
  • Place the lid on the blender and ensure it is well secured. Blend for 30-45 seconds on medium-high speed, or until the ice is completely pureed.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and an additional sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
  • Enjoy right away while cold.

Notes

To make the drink extra creamy and thick, freeze the pumpkin puree into an ice cube tray or a silicone food mold. You can also add extra ice.
