- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill finely minced
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
To a mixing bowl add the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt and ground pepper.
Using a whisk, whisk together the ingredients until well combined and creamy.
Dressing can be used right away on salads, potatoes, chicken or salmon.
Storage: Store the dressing in a resealable container or mason jar with tight fitting lid in the refrigerator. When kept refrigerated dressing will keep for up to 7 days.
Serving Size: one serving of dressing = 2 tablespoons.
