Frozen Raspberry Peach Bellini


– 1 (12 oz.) pkg., frozen raspberries – 1 (16 oz.) pkg., frozen peaches – 1 c. peach schnapps – 1 (750 ml.) bottle, Moscato, Prosecco, Champagne or Sparkling Wine Optional Garnishes: – Fresh sliced peaches – Fresh raspberries


Step 1

In a blender, add the frozen raspberries, frozen peaches, peach schnapps and 1/2 of the bottle of Moscato.

Step 2

Blend until completely pureed.

Step 3

Pour into wine or champagne glasses.

Step 4

Top off each glass with the remaining Moscato.

Step 5

Garnish and enjoy right away.
