Healthy Italian Salad Dressing


– 1/2 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1/4 c. red wine vinegar – 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon) – 1 tsp. minced garlic – 1 tsp. garlic powder – 1 tsp. dried oregano – 1 tsp. dried basil – 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes – 1/2 tsp. garlic salt – 1/2 tsp. ground pepper


Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, add the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, garlic powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, garlic salt and pepper.

Step 2

Whisk together well. Pour over salad right away.

Step 3

Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
