Healthy Caesar Dressing Recipe


– 1 c. plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese – 1/3 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons) – 2 Tbsp. olive oil – 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard – 1 Tbsp. anchovie paste – 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp. minced garlic (2 cloves) – 1/2 tsp. garlic salt – 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper


Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, anchovie paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, garlic salt and pepper.

Step 2

Whisk well until all ingredients are combined.

Step 3

Add to your salad right away.

Refrigerate any leftover dressing in an airtight container or mason jar with a tight-fitting lid for up to 5 days.
