The BEST Peach Jell-O Pretzel Salad Recipe!

Ingredients:

For the Crust: – 2 c. pretzels, crushed – 1 stick butter, melted – 3 Tbsp. sugar

Cream Cheese Filling: – 1 pkg. cream cheese – 1 container, Cool Whip – 1 c. sugar

Jell-O Layer: – 2 pkgs. Peach Jell-o mix – 2 c. boiling water – 3 c. sliced peaches

Start by making the crust:

In a 9x13" pan, add the pretzels, sugar and melted butter. Stir together to coat, and then evenly press into the bottom of the pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Next, Make and Spread the Cream Cheese Layer

With a mixer, cream together the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy and smooth. Gradually add in the Cool Whip and mix until completely combined. Spread mixture evenly over the cooled crust, making sure filling is sealed to the sides of the pan.

Next, add the sliced peaches

If using fresh peaches, make sure they are peeled. You can also use frozen (thawed) or canned peach slices.

Next, pour the peach Jell-O over the top

Pour the room temperature jell-o over the peaches. Chill for at least 1-2 hours or until Jell-o is completely set.

Once Jello is set, slice into squares and enjoy!
