Mango Pineapple Smoothie


– 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, like Fage 2% or 5% – 1/2 medium frozen banana – 1 (1 oz.) scoop vanilla protein powder – 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks – 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks -- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened flake coconut


Step 1: Add ingredients to blender

To a blender jar, add all of the ingredients; milk, yogurt, pineapple, mango, banana, protein powder and coconut.

Step 2: Blend until smooth

Add tight fitting lid, and blend on medium-high speed until all ingredients are full blended and smooth.

Step 3: Pour and Enjoy!

Pour into glass and enjoy right away while cold.

Step 4: Toppings

Top with extra flake coconut. Pineapple leaves also make a pretty garnish!
