Pineapple Moscow Mule Cocktail


– 4 oz. ginger beer – 1 1/2 oz. vodka (like Tito's) – 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice – 1/2 oz. pineapple juice – Fresh or frozen pineapple chunks (about 1/3 cup)


Step 1

Fill a copper mug 3/4 full with ice. On top of the ice, add the fresh or frozen pineapple chunks.

Step 2

Over the top of the ice and pineapple, add the vodka, lime juice and pineapple juice.

Step 3

Fill the remaining mug with ginger beer (approximately 4-6 oz.).

Step 4

If desired, garnish with fresh lime and pineapple slices.

Step 5

Enjoy right away while cold!
