The BEST Strawberry Chia Seed Protein Pudding


– 2 cups strawberries – 2 cups almond milk – 2 cups plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup protein powder – 1/4 cup granular sweetener – 3/4 cup chia seeds

Just 6 Ingredients:

Step 1: Add ingredients to blender

To a blender jar, add the strawberries (if using frozen, thaw slightly), milk, yogurt, sweetener and protein powder. Reserve chia seeds for stirring in later.

Step 2: Blend on Medium-High

Blend for 30-45 seconds on medium-high or until completely pureed.

Step 3:  Stir in the chia seeds

To the strawberry mixture, stir in the chia seeds. Pour this mixture into meal prep containers or one large resealable container.

Step 4: Refrigerate

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Chia seeds will plump-up and thicken the pudding.

Step 5: Store in meal prep containers

Prep the pudding for later by storing in individual containers.

Pair with extra fruit and yogurt

Enjoy with extra Greek yogurt, additional berries, fruit, nut butter, nuts or granola.

Pudding will keep for 5-7 days refrigerated
