To a large salad bowl, add the package of spring mix. Add in the blueberries, celery, avocado, cucumber, red onions, walnuts and goat cheese crumbles.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk well to ensure the honey has adequately dissolved into the dressing.
If serving right away, pour the dressing onto the salad and toss to coat the ingredients.
If you're prepping the salad and dressing for later, be sure to refrigerate the salad WITHOUT the dressing. Store the dressing separately, and wait to dress the salad just before serving.

Add some extra crunch to your salad by including toasted pecans, almonds or walnuts. Add some creaminess with goat cheese or feta.
