Sour Cream Enchiladas Recipe!
For the Ground Beef Filling You'll need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
-3 tbsp. taco seasoning
-3 Tbsp tomato paste
-1/2 c. water
Next, assemble the enchiladas. You'll need:
-8, 8" tortillas
-Shredded Cheese, like Mexican blend
-Seasoned Ground Beef
Assemble all 8 Enchiladas and place in a 9 x 13" pan or baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
For the Sour Cream Sauce you'll need:
-1/4 c. butter
-1/4 c. flour
-1 can chicken broth
-1 container sour cream
-1 can diced chilies
Top the sauced enchiladas with shredded Mexican blend cheese & bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Once coming out of the oven, let the enchiladas cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Top with all of your favorite Tex-Mex toppings, like Pico de Gallo Salsa, sliced jalapeños and avocados.
