1/2cuphoney balsamic dressing
Instructions
To a large bowl or dinner plates, add the salad greens. To the greens add the mango, avocado, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and sliced almonds.
When ready to serve the salad, top with the grilled chicken, goat cheese crumbles and dressing. Toss together to coat all ingredients with the dressing. Enjoy right away.
Prepping Salad In Advance:
If meal prepping this salad (salads in individual containers), add all ingredients to the meal prep containers, keeping the chicken, almonds and goat cheese crumbles on top. Store the dressing in a small individual container, keeping it separated from the salad. Add the dressing and toss together just before eating.
