Every once in a while, a delicious brunch cocktail completely hits the spot!  Its the perfect drink to enjoy with a delicious Sunday morning breakfast.  This easy-to-make Strawberry Lemoncello Spritzer is wonderful with fresh, delicious strawberries, lemoncello liquor and topped off with Prosecco or Moscato.  It tastes like a grown-up sparkling strawberry lemonade!

I’ve also topped off these delicious cocktails with some lemon zest, which adds a great bit of yellow color on top of the fresh red strawberries.  A wonderfully fresh drink perfect for ushering in spring and summer!

Making these cocktails couldn’t be easier!  If you’re making them by the glass, simply add the fresh strawberries to the bottom of the glass.  Pour 1 oz. (1 shot) of the lemoncello over the strawberries and then fill the glass with your favorite type of sparkling wine, champagne, Prosecco or Moscato.  Top with a few twists of the lemon zest.  You can also make a pitcher of this drink by pouring the entire bottle of sparkling wine in and adding about 6 oz. of the lemoncello.  Add about 1 c. of strawberries.  This is a great drink when you have friends over for brunch or a fantastic Easter Brunch cocktail!

  1. For a girl who adores lemon, I’m surprised that I’ve never had lemoncello before. These look amazing and delicious!

  2. Oh – I need to pin this. I still have my “Buddacello” (lemoncello made from Buddah’s hand). This would be a great way to use it!
