Want to celebrate with a fun, delicious drink? Ā Made with creamy, delicious vanilla ice cream, lots of sprinkles and a few other goodies, this can be a cocktail or dessert that everyone will love!
Something exciting is happening here at Delightful E Made today! Ā Our website is turning two years old. Ā Can you believe it?! Ā What started as a way to chronicle my cooking and baking adventures back in 2013, has become a site where thousands of people come every day for dinner inspiration, cocktail ideas, and ways to satisfy the most fierce sweet tooth.
I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with ice cream, sprinkles, and – oh yeah, and booze! Ā š Ā This fun and easy Funfetti Milkshake Cocktail can be made with or without liquor, making it a fantastic drink that everyone will love! Ā My liquor of choice that I used in this milkshake is cake-flavored vodka! Ā I love this stuff! Ā I’ve used cake-flavored vodka in my Strawberry Shortcake Martini and my Chocolate Cake Martini.
This milkshake couldn’t be easier to make. Ā Using a blender, simply add the vanilla ice cream, milk, and vodka. Ā Add your sprinkles, pulse a couple more times, pour into a fun glass, top with whipped cream and more sprinkles and you’ve got a celebration in a glass! Ā Yummmm!
Here’s the easy recipe for this delicious Funfetti Milkshake Cocktail:
Funfetti Milkshake - dessert or cocktail
Want to celebrate with a fun, delicious drink? Made with creamy, delicious vanilla ice cream, lots of sprinkles and a few other goodies, this can be a cocktail or dessert that everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. premium vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. cold whole milk
- 2 oz. cake flavored vodka
- 1 Tbsp. rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping
- whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ice cream, milk and vodka. Blend until smooth. Add the 1 Tbsp of sprinkles and pulse just until combined. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles. Enjoy!
As you can see, this milkshake is really easy to make. Ā Make a batch of virgin milkshakes for the kids or anyone that doesn’t want alcohol, then make a second spiked version. Ā It’s great anytime your looking to celebrate a fun occasion. Ā Here’s to many more years enjoying food and how it brings us together as friends, family and community! Ā Cheers! Ā ~Erin
PS – My friend and fellow food blogger Samantha over at Five Heart Home is also celebrating her 2 year anniversary. Ā In celebration, we’re doing a fun giveaway for a $400 Amazon Gift Card! Ā Awesome, right?! Ā Enter here:
