Love the idea of meal prep, but turned-off or intimidated by the dozens of containers and the hours of cooking on the weekend? It DOESN’T have to be that way. In fact, that’s not how I do meal prep at all.
Meal Prep is nothing more than preparing food in advance. It’s also a way to provide making healthy choices for yourself in advance. For so many of us struggling to make healthier choices in our life, meal prep is a fantastic way to have some options already available.
