In this post I’ll show you how easy it is to make an iced latte at home, what ingredients you’ll need, and the best tools to have on hand for making all your favorite coffee shop drinks at home.

What do I need to make an iced caramel latte at home?

  • Milk – milk is an essential ingredient for making a latte. You can use an type of milk you prefer, either dairy or plant-based. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  • Espresso – traditionally, a latte is made with a shot of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can either use instant espresso powder OR strong brewed coffee.
  • Caramel sauce – I’m using Torani caramel sauce, however, if you want to save yourself some calories and sugar, there are many great sugar-free caramel sauce options on Amazon. You can also use a caramel syrup.
  • Ice – keeping your iced latte cold is essential for enjoying this classic drink cold.
