Is creamy poppyseed salad dressing healthy?

Most store-bought bottled poppyseed dressing is NOT healthy. The primary ingredients in most bottled dressings are sugar (or ultra-processed versions of sugar), and mega-transfat, and highly inflammatory oils like canola oil and/or soybean oil.
