Not only does this homemade dressing taste just like Chick-fil-A, but it’s a much healthier option. Made with Greek yogurt, and a few other fresh ingredients, this dressing is a fantastic healthier option.
In this post I’ll show you ingredients you’ll need to make this copycat recipe, how to make it, and what this dressing goes well with. Hint – its also fantastic as a dipping sauce, too!
What do I need to make a Chick Fil A Creamy Salsa dressing recipe?
- Plain Greek yogurt – this will be the creamy base of your dressing. Not only is it a healthier option to sour cream or mayonnaise, it will provide a little extra protein to your salad.
- Salsa – feel free to use your favorite salsa – mild, medium or hot. It will be blended together with the rest of the ingredients so it won’t matter much if its smooth or chunky.
- Lime juice – this will provide your dressing with great flavor and the necessary acidity that most dressings need.
- White vinegar – used for additional acidity, this will give your dressing the necessary zestiness along with the lime juice.
- Spices – chili powder, cumin and garlic salt – these will give your dressing great flavor and provide those delicious Southwest flavors.
- Fresh Cilantro – this is optional, but a delicious option to add great flavor to your dressing.
